The material was organized into topical folders, arranged chronologically where possible inside the file unit, and given descriptive titles. Small bound volumes were housed in acid free envelopes. Assorted pins and badges were placed into smaller boxes housed in the record storage box. Smaller photographs were rehoused into acid-free envelopes. The photographs are mostly unlabeled, and were left in their original order, and given descriptive titles. Volumes were rehoused into oversized acid free folders and given a descriptive title, while the original order was maintained. The oversized materials were arranged into topical folders, given descriptive titles, and placed into a multi-accession oversized box.
