This series consists primarily of near print materials produced for the 129th-133rd ILO governing body sessions (1955-1956). Delaney was a member of the ILO governing body from 1948 to 1958. Some documents contain substantial notes taken by Delaney, some contain marginal notes, however most contain no notes.

Material types include: agenda documents, amendments, reports, position papers, speeches, and correspondence.

This series consists primarily of printed material and near print material produced for the 33rd-39th ILO International Labor Conferences (1950-1956) at which Delaney was the U.S. workers' delegate. Also present are speeches Delaney delivered, and correspondence, especially concerning solicitation of his input on reports. Material types include: reports, agenda documents, amendments, position papers, speeches, press releases, conference material, and correspondence.

This series consists primarily of printed material and near print material produced by the ILO for its regional conferences from 1949 to 1956. Of particular note are speeches and reports by Delaney, who attended some of these conferences, as well as his correspondence concerning the conferences.
