Notebooks, 1957-1967 and undated

Series II, Notebooks, is arranged chronologically. The notebooks, dated by Gunn, span from April 1956 to Summer 1967. They include manuscript and typescript drafts of poems, notes regarding poems and publications, and journal entries. Prior to processing, most of the notebooks contained loose materials. To prevent further damage, those materials were separated, their original location was recorded on them, and they were placed in folders corresponding to the notebooks from which they were removed.
