BEA History Files, 1956-1993
The BEA History Files are the historical record of the activities of the BEA. The files contain tax returns, constitutions and bylaws, meeting minutes, correspondence, newsletters, and materials related to scholarships. The files are arranged in reverse chronological order before the late 1970s and subsequently in forward chronological order, which is the order in which BEA kept the files.

This collection is open to the public and must be used in the Special Collections reading room. Researchers must register and agree to copyright and privacy laws before using this collection.
This collection contains restricted material. Donald G. Godfrey must grant researchers permission to see budgetary or personnel records during his lifetime. This applies to materials in Series 2. In addition, there is one completely restricted folder in Series 1.
