During its history, AWRT has presented various awards, for varying durations, to its members and to men and women in the broadcast industries including the Silver Satellite Award (1968-1983) (includes Records, documentation, and photos); the National Safety Council (1963-1967) (contains correspondence, press releases, brochures, photos, and National Safety Council newsletters); the Robert Eastman House (1964-1967); the Golden Mike (1959-1971) (contains memos, correspondence, press releases, and photo); SESAC (a performing rights association who briefly partnered with AWRT to present three annual awards to women broadcasters) (1971-1974); Commendation Awards (c. 1984); Star Awards (c. 1999); and a list of "First Woman" Nominations (undated).
