Correspondence of Faith Reyher Jackson, 1927-1996
This subseries consists of the correspondence of Faith Reyher Jackson related to her father. The bulk of it was conducted with James K. Lyon as he completed research for his book about Reyher and Brecht's friendship, Bertolt Brecht's American Cicerone (1978). Also included is a portion of the photocopied typescript of Lyon's book. The other notable correspondent is Holly Stevens, the daughter of poet Wallace Stevens. The subject of the Stevens-Jackson correspondence is the friendship of their fathers.

This collection is open to the public and must be used in the Special Collections reading room. Researchers must register and agree to copyright and privacy laws before using this collection.
Access to the script of "Castle Israel" is prohibited until 2037, unless permission is obtained from Dr. Daniel Jackson, who controls the intellectual property rights residing in the work.
