Meserand's collection also includes the following objects: Three-dimension plaque (approx. 4" x 5") noting Meserand's past presidency of the NY chapter of AWRT; Plaque (7 1/2" x 9 1/2") awarded to Meserand in May of 1965 from AWRT "in recognition and appreciation of her contributions as president, 1951-1952"; Plaque (8" x 10") awarded to Meserand by AWRT in April of 1987 designating that their distinguished broadcaster award will be referred to herein as the "Edythe Meserand" award; Framed photograph (9" x 11") featuring Meserand standing with Pauline Frederick and an unidentified man; Framed invitation inviting Meserand to the First International Convention of AWRT in England in 1970; Pin (approx. 1 1/2" x 2 1/2"), red, white, blue and gold - reads: "Help Fight Infantile Paralysis"; Pin (1 1/2" x 1 1/2"), red, white, blue and gold, target motif - reads: "RAF"; Pin, smaller version of RAF pin described above; Pin (1" in length), gray, microphone-shaped; square pin (1/2" x 1/2"), brown and gold - reads: "Jamaica High School"; Oval pin (1/2" x 3/4"), gold with blue band - reads: "Labire Omina Florenty"; Medallion (approx. 2" x 2") from the Prime Minister of Czechoslovakia for Meserand's work at the UNNRRA Conference, 1943; Medal: gold metal on red, white and blue ribbon, reading "Radio, 1948/Philadelphia: Republican National Convention"; Medal: gold metal on dark blue ribbon, reading - "Philadelphia/Radio 1948: Democratic National Convention"; Gold plaque (approx. 2" x 4"), reads: "The Courtesy of the City of Philadelphia is extended to EDYTH MESERAND attending the Republican National Convention, June 21st 1948"; Gold ribbon with blue lettering (2" x 5 1/2"), reading: "Founding Convention of the New Party/Working Radio/Convention Hall/Philadelphia, PA, July 23-26, 1948"; Multi-color caricature (11" x 18") of Meserand in bathing suit (c. 1930s) signed by "Jolly Bill" and inscribed, "Edith [sic] Meserand--Little Girl on a Raft" (in oversized storage); and a spiral-bound reprint of article on WOR's newsroom from the November 17, 1947 issue of "Broadcasting" magazine. Contains text and many black-and-white photographs.
