Audio, 1942-1944
This series originally consisted of glass transcription discs recorded by the BBC. In 1975, the Broadcast Pioneers Library transferred the content to audio tape. The recordings feature performances by Charlie and his Orchestra, Glenn Miller and his Band, Dinah Shore and Bing Croby. Many are only a few minutes in length and have been recorded onto one tape.
