Clippings, 1930-1983 and undated

This series consists of newspaper and magazine clippings by or about Whittemore or collected by him in the course of his career. All clippings have been arranged under four subheadings, "About Whittemore," "By Whittemore," "Collected By Whittemore," and "Reviews." Clippings under each subheading are arranged chronologically.

While there are many insightful articles about or by Whittemore, one of the main highlights of the series is found among "Reviews."
