Operation Alphabet, 1961-1971 and undated

The bulk of this series consists of viewer responses to Professor Alexander Shevlin, the show's host. Many letters were written by adults, children, and immigrants who watched the show. The series also contains handwritten notes that break down the audience by gender, region and national origin. Finally, newspaper clippings that announce and comment on the show are also included.
