Government Documents, 1951-1988 and undated
This subseries consists of documents released by the United States Government, in the forms of Acts of Congress and materials from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Acts of Congress include the Public Broadcasting Act of 1967 and Amendments, Amendments to the Communications Act of 1934, the Public Broadcasting Financing Act of 1975 and the Public Telecommunications Act of 1988. Matters before the FCC include the channel allocation, deregulation of radio, finances, and a dinner celebrating the FCC's 50th anniversary. Materials are arranged chronologically.
