This subseries contains papers written or collected by Holt. They include an index to papers he has written, a proposal for his doctoral thesis on the Educational Radio Network, personal correspondence, speeches, bibliographies, drafts for papers, and several photographs. Included with his paper "Performance and Potential: FM Reaches a Crossroads" are draft charts, and photographs. Materials are arranged chronologically.
