Commercial Television, 1984 - April 1994
This subseries documents Stamberg’s work on commercial television programs from 1984 to 1994. The bulk of materials are scripts from Capital Edition, which aired on WUSA, Washington DC, a CBS affiliate. It also contains materials from Equal Time, which aired on CNBC/A-T, a proposal for a sitcom entitled George’s Lunch, and correspondence with various production companies. Sources include scripts, articles, brochures, correspondence, notes, contracts, and biographies. Notable correspondents include Willard Scott and Mary Matalin.
Materials are arranged alphabetically by the title of the show or, in its absence, the name of the production company.
