This material consists of Iseman's involvement with the purchase of Channel 13 as a New York City public television station, first as a member of META and later as legal counsel to ETMA, including the acquisition of both New York University's 46th Street Studio by META and the Ninth Avenue Theater by ETMA. Documents, which are arranged chronologically, include minutes, memos, correspondence and legal materials. Original oversized documents from Series 1 and 2 have been moved to Box 15.
