Henry Hudson Hotel Phase II Construction, 1968-1986 and undated

The construction period began almost as soon as Channel 13 moved into the Henry Hudson Hotel in 1972 but became increasingly complicated from 1975-1980, when the station expanded to include more and more floors. The material for this period mostly consists of leases with the owners of the Henry Hudson Hotel and of other legal documents, including correspondence, claims and documents dealing with and relating to contractors and subcontractors.
