Gayle Starnes (president, 1942-1943), Camilla Best (president, 1944-1945), James D. Finn (president, 1944-1945), and Wesley C. Meierhenry (president, 1967-1968). The folders are arranged alphabetically by DAVI correspondent, then chronologically.
