Administrative Records, 1969-2010 and undated

This series contains contracts and riders, financial records, correspondence, stage diagrams, personnel lists, newspaper clippings, handbills, and other promotional materials documenting events sponsored or co-sponsored by SEE. The majority of the records detail musical concerts and guest speaker appearances. The dates provided are those of the event, and folder headings indicate if the events were cancelled. The series is primarily arranged alphabetically by the initial letter of the name of the group, individual, event title, or folder subject. The arrangement mostly retains the original order of the collection.

Acc. 2010-148-UA was kept together at the end of the series; it includes a folder of organizational handbills and a folder of handouts distributed at a 2009 conference hosted by SEE for peers at area universities, titled Programming Board Jam. Oversize materials were placed in Series 5.
