Subseries 5 documents the involvement of the Library Director's Office with various agencies of the state of Maryland. The materials mainly consist of correspondence and memos. Subjects discussed include the transfer of library materials from the State Library in Annapolis to UMCP, the depositing of state documents in the UMCP libraries, and UMCP's Inter-Library Loan Service Agreement with the Department of Education.
