Monographs, 1937-1993
Isabel Bayley's copies of monographs retained in her papers are primarily associated with Katherine Anne Porter. They include works written by Katherine Anne Porter, about Porter, inscribed by and to Porter, and translations of Porter's works. There are also anthologies in which Porter's work was published. The series includes monographs authored or edited by Sebastian Brant, Eleanor Clark, H. D. (Hilda Doolittle), T. S. Eliot, Caroline Gordon, Henry James, D. H. Lawrence, and Allen Tate. Foreign language monographs include Dutch, French, and German translations of Porter's works. Arrangement is alphabetical by author.
