Initiation Papers, 1923-1945
This series consists of theses presented to the honorary engineering society by members at their time of initiation. They deal with a wide range of subjects in the fields of engineering and industry primarily in Maryland and District of Columbia. Many of the papers concentrate upon the history and construction of highways and railroads as well as on certain industrial projects, but other theses are of a more general nature as reflected in the titles "My Hobby," "American Facism," and "An Era of Art and Learning."
The theses have been arranged alphabetically by author's name.
