Daily Operations, 1975-2008 and undated

This series documents the day-to-day operations of Shuttle-UM. The series includes bus schedules and route information (for both public and internal audiences), dispatcher transaction logs detailing daily operations from 1975 to 1994, vehicle information, safety and ridership statistics, and maps. Information on staff and scheduling (including phone and shift pick lists, shift times, and shift schedules) is also included, as are charter operation... documentation and coverage of two attempted hijacking incidents. A Shuttle-UM poster and a construction proposal map are filed in oversize storage. A file containing sensitive information on a passenger and a list of drivers who had accidents have been restricted. The series is arranged alphabetically by subject and title.
