Publications, 1976-2007 and undated
This series consists of publications and documents produced by Shuttle-UM. Included here are numerous handbooks for Shuttle-UM dispatchers, drivers, and other employees, training publications, and proposals and reports on various aspects of Shuttle-UM service. Reports that were not authored by Shuttle-UM but were received and used by the organization are also included. Additional overviews and reports on Shuttle-UM can be found in the History of Shuttle-UM series. This series also contains advertisements, brochures, flyers, a printout of the Shuttle-UM website, a syllabus for a for-credit class for managers, and newsletters produced by Shuttle-UM employees, including "Ratchet Jaw," "Late Circuit Blues," and "Payday." The series is arranged alphabetically by document type and title.
