Baltimore County Executive, 1953-1968 and undated
This series is comprised of six subseries of files documenting Mr. Agnew's career as Baltimore County (Md.) Executive. Included are correspondence, subject files, news releases, statements, speeches, campaign materials, schedules, appointment books, and publications. These materials document Agnew's day-to-day activities; issues of interest to him; his views on a variety of topics, his successful campaign for the office of county executive; and his contacts with state and national officials and Maryland citizens.
