Educational Foundation, 1935-2006 and undated

This series consists of correspondence, memoranda, reports, financial material, lists, brochures, and clippings chronicling the Maryland Division's involvement with the AAUW's Educational Foundation. The AAUW's Educational Foundation was designed to provide fellowship support for women, foster research, promote excellence in public education, encourage international education, and to collect materials relating to "accomplishments of University women." Correspondence and memoranda document the extensive fund raising efforts of the Educational Foundation. Other materials include lists of grants awarded, donors, workshops and available fellowships. Also included are extensive reports from Branch Fellowship committees regarding fund raising efforts. Arrangement is alphabetical by topic.
