Correspondence, memoranda, pamphlets, clippings, programs and agendas of the South Atlantic and Middle Atlantic Regions of the AAUW. The reorganization of the AAUW into new regions was instituted in July 1961, with MAR being created from divisions in both the North Atlantic and the South Atlantic. The Maryland Division was originally included in SAR, along with Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. MAR contains divisions in New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Included is material generated by AAUW regional conferences and various activities such as workshops and the MAR Goodwill trip to Europe. Arrangement is alphabetical by topic.
