Professional Papers, 1915-1953

Collins's professional papers consist of notes, correspondence, and government documents relating to Federal regulations on banking and the federal budget. They were assembled in the course of Collins's work for the Library of Congress, the Supreme Court, and as an expert consultant to many banks.
