Writings, 1921-1957

This series contains drafts of book chapters and articles by Charles Wallace Collins, as well as correspondence about particular publications. Rural Banking Reform (1931) addresses many of the issues that occupied Collins professionally during the 1930s. His three later books, Whither Solid South? (1946), Peril at Hom and Abroad (c.1950), and the unfinished Recollections of Charles Wallace Collins, reflect his support of segregation. The arrangement is alphabetical by document type and chronological within each category.
