National Convention, 1941-1970 and undated

This subseries documents events which occurred and issues which were discussed at the union's national conventions, beginning with the seventh such gathering in 1941. The files consist of correspondence; resolutions; speeches; officers' reports; publications; reports of proceedings; drafts of proposed amendments and constitutions; and lists of officers and convention delegates. Also documented is the work of various national committees through such records as listings of committee members and committee correspondence, minutes, and statements. The files in this subseries have been arranged in numerical order by convention.
