Speeches, 1973-1986

This series consists of speeches given by Holt, speeches given by others which she used as reference material, and information files to assist in speech writing. The bulk of the material covers the years 1973 to 1978. The speeches focus on national defense; bicentennial celebrations; the federal budget; election campaigns; federal employees; and the status of the Republican party. Arrangement is alphabetical by topic, organization, location, or name of speaker.
