Publications, 1956-1975
This series contains correspondence and statistics pertaining to the two magazines (Horse Play and Maryland Horse) published by the MHBA. Also included are some advertising brochures for Maryland Horse, as well as documentation of the Maryland Horse Amateur Photography Contest, which was held in 1972.
Of special interest are the circulation and revenue statistics for Horse Play magazine, which turned out to be an unsuccessful venture for the MHBA.
The material is arranged alphabetically by subject.
