Processing Information

Limited processing work was done on this collection in 1988. Some materials in this series were rearranged into chronological order and given new box numbers: A, AA, A14, and B. The correspondence in those boxes was divided into the categories of bound letters and loose letters. The bound letters are volumes of letterpress correspondence in chronological order are in boxes with a single letter (Box A and Box B). Loose letters, from files coded with letters CR (Cuba Railroad) and a file number, have been arranged in numerical order and are now in boxes marked with two letters (Box AA and Box AA 14).
