Certificates, circa 1908 - 1968
Throughout his life, Byrd received numerous certificates of appreciation and awards from various fraternal, military, civic, athletic, and university organizations. Dating from approximately 1908 to 1968, a wide variety of certificates comprise this series: from diplomas for honorary degrees to memberships in fraternities to certificates of appreciation from Rotary Clubs.
