Events, 1928-1968

The series includes all material broadly relating to various events covered by Mr. Ragsdale, in particular the 1928 and 1932 presidential elections. In the collection there are many mementos Mr. Ragsdale kept form the party conventions, two of which, a medallion and a banner, are now stored in the memorabilia collection. In the F.B.I. file there is a letter from J. Edgar Hoover addressed to Mr. Ragsdale. The materials in this collection are arranged alphabetically by subject.
