This series consists of awards and certificates presented to Jean Spencer throughout her education and career. Included are her certification to the Pi Sigma Alpha fraternity, an appointment by Spiro Agnew as "Admiral of the Chesapeake Bay," certificate of membership in the Maryland Commission on the Status of Women, and a Governor's Citation for more than two decades of service to the State of Maryland.
