Financial Documents, 1865-1949
The heirs of Eliza Ann Osbourn, the wife of Thomas H. Osbourn, inherited land in Prince George's County, south of Upper Marlboro. Tax records from 1902 to 1949 described the acres as Linwood. Other tax records listed a property called Pt. Timberleigh.
Also included are an 1865 tax record belonging to John H. Chew and one from 1915 signed by Lizzie Van Ness Duvall. Both owned property near that held by the Osbourn family.
Arrangement is alphabetical by individual name and then chronological within.
