Political Career, 1959-1974
This series consists of two groups: correspondence and printed matter. Spanning the years 1960 through 1972, the correspondence contains letters from politicians, chairpersons, and a vice-presidential birthday committee invitation. Highlights include letters from John F. Kennedy, the chairman for the committee to elect Robert F. Kennedy for president, Hubert H. Humphrey, George McGovern, Edmund S. Muskie, and Maryland State Senator Daniel B. Brewster.
The printed matter consists of two newspaper clippings about Nock, a 1972 brochure entitled "Terry Sanford Speaks Out," a 1965 newsletter from United States Senator Joseph D. Tydings, and a 1960 Democratic National Convention Certificate.
Arrangement is alphabetical.
