The administrative files incorporate a wide array of material including early Legacy program development, legal issues, committee meetings, briefings, progress reports, project criteria, Legacy reports from various task areas, reports to Congress, and general administrative issues such as staffing. This series also contains material documenting cooperative agreements between the Legacy program and outside organizations, such as the National Park Service, National Trust for Historic Preservation, and Advisory Council on Historic Preservation. Arrangement is alphabetical by subject and then folder title.
