This series contains one videotape, entitled "Video of 9/25/91 Panel Hearing," and five groups of photographs labeled "Kathy Feper photos," "June 1990," "Defender's Day 1992," "Feb 95," and "Nov 95." Subjects of these photographs include the North Point State Park, park signs, litter on park grounds, views of the Chesapeake Bay, the dilapidated trolley station, and Defender's Day festivities at Todd's Inheritance (an historic location near North Point State Park) that included a display about protecting Black Marsh.
