Buildings, 1904-1960 and undated

The Buildings series consists of photographs of an assortment of buildings in Maryland, taken from 1904 to 1960. These buildings include, but are not limited to, houses, office buildings, barns, churches, libraries, schools, and theaters. The bulk of the photographs are of buildings in Baltimore, but the series also contains photographs of buildings in other counties and towns throughout Maryland. There is one photograph of the United States Capitol Building in Washington, D.C.

Arrangement is alphabetical first by county, then by city or town, and then by subject, if necessary. The added information included in the folder description reflects the details written on the back of the photographs. It was added to help further describe the photographs and assist the users.
