Publications, 1912-1998
Series 3 contains publications that the local union produced as well as received from other outlets. "The Builders" was a publication Local 132 received directly from the AFL-CIO from 1997-1998. Carpenter's News was a publication sent out by the Carpenters' District Council located in Washington, D.C. Additionally, there is Sawing Through, a publication produced and circulated by the members of Local 132, from 1973 to 1982. The two main editors of the newsletter during this period were Jim Merkle and Bob Gardner. The other publications in this series are those the local union received between 1912 and 1998.
