General Administrative Files, 1936-2004 and undated

Subseries 3 consist of general administrative files. While the date range is expansive, the bulk of materials are from 1998 to 2004. The majority of this series is comprised of those files that were a part of the new filing system implemented in 1998. It includes correspondence with the local union, union members, and organizations associated with the union. It also contains membership files regarding apprenticeship, change of status, dues, and long-term members receiving their pins. Moreover, there are financial files in this series. These include, but are not limited to, the budget of the union, the union's dealings with auditors and accountants, and the union's holdings in the stock market.
