This subseries contains circular letters and newsletters distributed by the UBJCA. The union leadership used these mailings to communicate to their members and state, district and local officers about various central office activities, including new agreements the UBCJA had formed with other unions. Folders are arranged alphabetically by title of the publication and then chronologically.
