The twenty-seven items in this series consist of amples of the forms and stationery used by the International Association and its constituent locals for membership and business records. Also included are certificates of affiliation, membership, and honorary membership in the union.

Completed copies of the membership application forms are included in Series I, II, and III under the heading "membership records." The certificates and forms in this series are all blank.

The printing samples are arranged alphabetically by form or certificate name.
