Predecessors of the WPA in Maryland, 1933-1935

This series contains two reports issued by predecessors of the WPA in Maryland. The first, produced by the Civil Works Administration in 1934, describes CWA activities in Maryland between November 1933 and March 1934 and includes topographical maps for each county. Issued by the Maryland Emergency Relief Administration in 1935, the second report documents MERA activities from April 1934 to July 1935 with text and photographs.
