American Federation of Labor, 1913, 1952-1955
Scrapbooks and albums in this series deal with various events. The scrapbook entitled "Mulhall Story..." consists of newspaper clippings that give a day-by-day account of a 1913 Congressional bribery scandal involving the National Association of Manufacturers. This item is FRAGILE.
There are also four photo albums. Two deal with AFL annual conventions, in 1952 and 1954 respectively, while the other two commemorate the 1955 cornerstone laying ceremony for the new AFL building in Washington, DC.
