Subseries 3 contains two scrapbooks: one of photographs from Kirkland's trip to Jerusalem and another showing a dinner in his honor given by the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement.

The scrapbook in Subseries 1: Samuel Gompers is too fragile to handle. Researchers should request microfilm Reel 5 to view contents of scrapbook. Original scrapbooks in all other subseries are in good condition and can be requested.
