This series consists of Delaney's files on the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions (ICFTU), the Inter-American Regional Organization of Workers (ORIT; Organizacion Regional Inter-Americana de Trabajadores), and the World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU). Most of this series consists of materials from conferences and meetings, some of which Delaney attended.
