National and International Union Correspondence, 1951-1952
This series is comprised of correspondence between William Green (sometimes Secretary-Treasurer George Meany) and (a) national and international headquarters officers or (b) officers of local organizations of those unions. The letters pertain to organizing, jurisdictional disputes, strikes, etc; they span 1951-1952, although some scattered pieces from 1949-1950 are included.

Processing Information
The original folders were color coded white for international headquarters and blue for locals; the correspondence with locals is now so labeled.
