This series contains correspondence, memos, reports, press releases andminutes pertaining to the Advisory Board of the Office of War Mobilization and Reconversion (OWM&R). There are four folders of subject files relating to manpower shortages, technical problems of war production, convict labor, and Green's OWM&R travel expenses. The series spans the late war and early post-war period.
