Country Files, 1945-1960

This series consists of subject files comprised almost exclusively of reports on primarily Latin American countries from a variety of government and labor sources (including reports by Romualdi). The more general country assessment reports focus on the overall political situation and the state of trade unions and the labor movement in these countries. There are also, however, reports that are more specific in nature, focusing on particular conferences, delegation visits, meetings, projects, and labor, business, and government activities. Material types include pamphlets, newspaper clippings, periodicals, reports, resolutions, press releases, union contracts, minutes, correspondence, and notes.
